VCE Subjects We Tutor
Structured, curriculum-aligned tutoring across key VCE subjects — built around the official VCAA study design for each course.
Mathematical Methods
Students build a strong foundation in functions, algebra, calculus and probability. Units 1 and 2 cover algebraic and transcendental functions along with an introduction to calculus and basic probability, while Units 3 and 4 extend into combined and transformed functions, differentiation, integration, and statistical inference — a key subject for STEM-related ATAR pathways.
Units 1–4General & Further Mathematics
A practical, real-world focused course covering data analysis, sequences, financial mathematics, linear and non-linear functions, matrices, and networks in Units 1 and 2. Units 3 and 4 (the Further Maths pathway) build on this with in-depth data analysis, recursion and financial modelling, matrices, and networks and decision mathematics.
Units 1–4Chemistry
Students explore the structure, properties and reactions of materials, the chemistry of water, and how chemical principles support a more sustainable future in Units 1 and 2. Units 3 and 4 focus on energy production through fuels and electrochemical cells, organic and analytical chemistry, and a student-designed practical investigation.
Units 1–4Biology
This course investigates how life is sustained at cellular, system and species levels. Units 1 and 2 examine cell structure and function alongside how organisms change and respond to challenges, while Units 3 and 4 build on molecular biology, gene expression, evolution, and the impact of human activity on biodiversity.
Units 1–4English & EAL
Students develop the skills to analyse and create texts across written, spoken and multimodal forms. The course covers close reading and textual analysis, comparative study, argument and persuasive language, and crafting original written and oral texts of the student's own across all four units.
